- Yoox insisted it was ups who had made the mistake both times and it took weeks to receive a new tracking number and invoices. Finally get the parcel sent out again on the THIRD attempt, but weeks later and still no word from Yoox to say they have received the parcel. I check the tracking and it says the parcel is being held at customs.

- There is simply no way around returning. Yoox also charge for return shipping, which I was ok with. Figure out a way to make returns viable. Don't punish frequent buyers. Love you guys dince 2016! After a delay of the delivery due to problems linked with their courier, the only reply I have received is to contact the courier myself.
