Alfonso Bialetti La moka è la famosa caffettiera inventata dal piemontese Alfonso Bialetti nel 1933. Grazie alle sue sperimentazioni in officina, dove realizzava oggetti in alluminio, e a una profonda inventiva, Alfonso è riuscito a creare un oggetto senza tempo, ancora oggi presente in quasi tutte le case italiane.
