L'obbligo dei defibrillatori per le Società e Associazioni Sportive è già in vigore da alcuni anni (Decreto Balduzzi, che dal 1° luglio 2017 impone l'obbligo del defibrillatore e di personale formato al primo soccorso per tutte le società sportive, professionistiche e dilettantistiche).
Quando usare il defibrillatore automatico?
Il defibrillatore semiautomatico e il defibrillatore automatico sono adatti a ripristinare il ritmo cardiaco di persone con:
- Fibrillazione ventricolare;
- Tachicardia ventricolare;
- Arresto cardiaco.
Come si mette un defibrillatore?
Il defibrillatore cardiaco viene impiantato sottopelle nel corso di un intervento chirurgico in anestesia locale. Il posizionamento avviene nella zona toracica, sotto la clavicola. Il dispositivo è collegato a uno o due fili (elettrocateteri) a loro volta posti in comunicazione con il muscolo cardiaco.
