Cosa intende Goffman quando parla di facciata personale?
Goffman – La facciata Altro caso è il club. La facciata personale comprende gli elementi dell'equipaggiamento espressivo che vendono identificati con il singolo attore e che lo seguono ovunque (gesti, sesso, razza, espressioni…) e si dividono in fissi e mobili.
Che tipi di riti esistono?
Sono state individuate varie forme di riti, le cui principali sono:
- Rito di iniziazione.
- Rito di passaggio.
- Rito propiziatorio (detto anche rito apotropaico)
- Rito espiatorio (o rito di espiazione)
- Riti ricorrenti (cerimonie legate al momento dell'anno)

- Stigma is a degrading and debasing attitude of the society that discredits a person or a group because of an attribute (such as an illness, deformity, color, nationality, religion etc). The resulting coping behavior of affected person results in internalized stigma.

- The stigma of a flower contains the male germ cell which enables reproduction in flowers. The basic function of stigma is that the male germ cell (in the form of powder) is transferred to the carpel of the flower (the female reproductive unit) for fertilisation.
What are two types of stigma?
- Three Types of Stigma. In the first chapter of the book, Goffman identifies three types of stigma: stigma of character traits, physical stigma, and stigma of group identity. Physical stigma refers to physical deformities of the body, while stigma of group identity is a stigma that comes from being of a particular race, nation, religion, etc.
