Questo test prenatale necessita di un unico prelievo di sangue e può essere effettuato già a partire dalla 10° settimana di gravidanza. Si suggerisce di eseguire il test dall'11° settimana abbinandolo all'ecografia del I trimestre (tra la 10+6 e la 14 settimana).
