Cosa era ISEF?
ISEF Sigla di Istituto Superiore di Educazione Fisica. La l. 127/15 maggio 1997 ha previsto la trasformazione degli ISEF, con l'istituzione di facoltà e di corsi di laurea e di diploma in scienze motorie.

La frequenza alle lezioni e' obbligatoria, la durata dei corsi e' di 3 anni e si compone di 19 esami di base e 5 esami in 3 diversi indirizzi a scelta dello studente: biologico - applicato, storico - letterario - normativo e tecnico - didattico. In totale sono quindi 24 gli esami da sostenere.
