Come si versa la Paulaner?
In un grande bicchiere (il nostro da 0,5 l è ideale) si versa vigorosamente dal perpendicolare mezza bottiglia (da 0,5 l o 0,33l). Il bicchiere si riempirà tagliato appunto in tre, un terzo di birra liquida, un terzo di schiuma e un terzo di aria. La schiuma calerà e si convertirà quasi tutta in liquido.

Si deve bagnare il bicchiere e versare la birra tenendolo leggermente inclinato ma non tutta, quando mancano un paio di centimetri occorre agitare la bottiglia (in questo modo gli ingredienti si mescolano bene) e versare la rimanente birra nel bicchiere non più inclinandolo ma tenendolo dritto.
