Generalità L'anca è l'articolazione sinoviale pari del corpo umano che congiunge l'arto inferiore al bacino. Essa, infatti, rappresenta il punto di unione tra la testa del femore (osso della coscia) e un incavo caratteristico dell'osso iliaco (osso del bacino), chiamato acetabolo.
