Segui i passaggi seguenti:
- vai nel menu Impostazioni.
- premi sulla voce Cellulare.
- assicurati che l'opzione Dati cellulare sia attiva.
- vai su Opzioni dati cellulare.
- premi sulla voce Voce e dati.
- assicurati che nella schermata che si apre ci sia impostata l'opzione 4G.
